> Do I need Velcro?

Velcro is added to attach patch bibs, but will not be needed if you intend to wear bodice bibs.

> Can I view the design in my colours?

Use our netball designer tool to design kits in your colours. Custom mock-ups are also available on request.

> Can I order product samples?

Yes. Samples for custom products, fabrics and colour swatches are free to order. Select the swatches tab from the product options to request a sample.

> What are minimum quantities?

Custom products occasionally have minimum order quantities for manufacture and will show up if you try to order below that quantity. Ordering below a minimum will incur a surcharge per item but if the order is a top-up of a previous order this charge will be removed.

> Can I add printing to this item?

Most clothing items can have printing or embroidery added. The main exceptions are non clothing items, plastic type fabric that may melt and sections too small to fit printing such as sections on bags and caps.

> How long will delivery take?

Delivery times depend on bespoke or custom plus any custom requirements such as printing. For a full list of delivery times click here

> What is your returns policy?

> Why are prices 'from' rather than exact total?

Due to the large number of custom options, there are various add-on costs and discounts that mean prices vary. Prices are provided as a guide, for an exact cost request an order quotation.

> Am I eligible for a discount?

EyeletEYELET: Eyelet is a true performance, breathable fabric that is soft and supple with a degree of stretch. It conforms to the shape of the wearer with flattering effect and, equally important, is the best value option.

LycraLYCRA: This lightweight fabric has added stretch and is comfortable to wear in both match-play and training conditions.

MerylMERYL: A specially designed moisture management fabric that transfers moisture away from the skin, helping you stay cool and dry during match play or training.

Tri MeshTRI-MESH: Available for only selected kits and dresses from contrast colour options. This white mesh fabric adds breathable sections to the design with moisture wicking fabric ideal for summer play.
