> FABRICS

Our rugby clothing is now available in Comfortex and Sublimation.

COMFORTEX: Highest quality durable moisture-managed micro-pore fabric. Made from 300-320gsm 100% Polyester.

HEAVY JERSEY POLY/COTTON: 300gsm knit textile made from cotton. The fabric is warm, flexible, stretchy, and very insulating, making it a popular choice for the layer worn closest to the body. Jersey also tends to be soft, making it very comfortable.

DYE SUBLIMATION: Sublimation printing is a method of reproducing a highly detailed image into the actual polyester or polycotton fabric of a garment. This is a superior method to the traditional ink jet system, and it means that the image cannot peel off, fade or deteriorate. Most rugby shirts and other multi-coloured team shirts are printed in this way. The print area does not affect the moisture management or breathability properties of the fabric.

Our sublimated shirts are now available in Heavyweight Interlock and Premium Polyester Spandex.

Heavyweight Interlock: Our traditional, durable heavyweight fabric ideal for rugby with strong bright sublimated colour.

Polyester Spandex: This NEW lightweight polyester fabric has added stretch and is extremely comfortable to wear in both match-play and training conditions.

HEAT TRANSFER CAD CUT VINYL – Did you know that you can have your player's individual names printed on the back of your shirts?. As part of our customisation service, we offer bespoke name printing on garments to all of our customers. We can print individual names, team names, or player initials, in a wide variety of colours. We offer a standard sans serif typeface but are often asked for special fonts - simply tell us the font name or send the font file to us and we'll print it out for you.
FULL COLOUR HIGH RESOLUTION HEAT TRANSFER – By using our state-of-the-art Mimaki CJV30-100 Large Format Printer & Cutter we are able to offer truly magnificent quality full colour print on a variety of garments and accessories. Once your artwork is printed, it is the accurately cut and made ready for transfer. The print can then be heat printed onto the garment for a permanent vibrant finish that is washable time after time.
CUSTOM EMBROIDERY – Superior Quality Embroidery! Throughout our years in the business of providing custom-made kit for sports clubs, schools and universities nationwide, we have always offered our customers the facility to have their kit embellished with whatever they might require - club or school badge, team or individual names, or sponsors logo - we have always been able to give kit that finishing touch.
DYE SUBLIMATION... THE ULTIMATE – This is a new technology which dyes the image into the actual fibres of the fabric. It produces vivid colours which remain permanent - they cannot be washed out. Sublimation allows exciting vibrant imagery to be reproduced onto any part of a garment.
