Am I eligible for a discount?

Large quantities or trade orders may be eligible for discounts. We sometimes run special offers, give money off orders or free gifts with team kit orders of a certain value.Join our mailing list for updates on all promotions.

Are all products on this site custom made?

No, we specialise in bespoke clothing but also offer great stock alternatives for most kits and teamwear with stock sports accessories. Custom printing and embroidery is available on almost all clothing items, but will add to delivery times. To find out if a product is stock or custom made look in the description box on the product's page.

Are product colours accurately shown?

Colours shown on screen and in menus are for reference only and do not reflect the colours of the garment. It is difficult to match screen colours to fabric and so requesting swatches or images of fabric is best for a precise match. We also offer pantone match on a lot of our custom products.

Can I add embroidery to this item?

Most clothing items can have printing or embroidery added. The main exceptions are non-clothing items, plastic type fabric that may melt and sections too small to fit printing such as sections on bags and caps.

Can I add names and number prints?

Yes, numbers and names can be added to individual shirts and/or shorts.

Can I get a better price?

Can I make a straightforward payment?

Of course, rather than clicking for quotation simply proceed to payment where you can order items directly.

Can I order a different choice to the options listed?

Product options are generally given as limitations on what is available, however sometimes an additional colour or fabric can be used for a product that isn't listed. We aim to always meet customer specifications and the best way to find if something is possible would be to contact us by email or phone.

Can I order a single (1) product?

For custom products some minimum quantity applies, however a single product or less than the minimum can be ordered with a surcharge to cover manufacturing costs. Some products sadly cannot be made under a certain quantity and you will be forwarded to a contact page for more information.

Can I order product samples and/or swatches before I commit?

Yes. Samples for custom products, fabrics and colour swatches are free to order. Select the swatches tab from the product options to request a sample. We just ask that return the sample once you are finished with it or pay the invoice included if you wish to purchase it.

Can I order product samples?

Yes, it is preferred that you order samples of custom products. To request a sample, follow the link from the product page or send us an enquiry.

Can I pay by cheque?

Cheque and other payment options are available, most orders are arranged on a 50% payment upon order, with the final 50% when your order is ready for despatch.

Can I re-find previous shopping baskets?

Yes, by logging in under previous login details you will be informed of previous baskets or orders and can re-open them to use again.

Can I request a sample in my colours?

Sample availability is based on which products are available. It may be your type of garment is available but in different colours, or a different design is available in your colours.

Can I request multiple samples?

Yes, samples for multiple products can be arranged if part of a bulk order.

Can I see a mockup of the design before placing an order?

Mockups are available to show a general image of the design, colours and position of prints. Mockups are not aimed to represent sizes to scale or accurate colour information.

Can I see a photo or get more information on a product?

Not all custom products have photos and are represented with design drawings, however we regularly post customer example photos on our social pages and have photos of the type of product if not the particular design you need. If you are unsure about a product please request a sample for better understanding.

Can I view the product in my colours?

Sure, our designer tools allow you to design products in custom colours as well as adding custom text and images. If you need a particular design or there is not a tool for your product then contact us for a free mockup design of your product in specific colours.

Can logos be redrawn?

It is faster and easier if a high resolution version of any logo can be found. If this is not possible we can redraw logos or artwork at a fee depending on complexity of the design.

Do I need Velcro?

Velcro is added to attach patch bibs, but will not be needed if you intend to wear bodice bibs. Please ensure you select the Velcro option if required.

Do you have a catalogue?

We don't have a current catalogue in print but have a full product listing on this site, plus product photographs, samples and design mock-ups are all available on request. Occasional e-catalogues are released to promote new products.

Do you sell in bulk orders?

Large or trade orders are accepted though depending on quantity this can affect lead time and delivery. For a custom quotation please contact us with your requirements.

Do you ship abroad?

Shipping abroad is available for most orders; refer to our delivery costs page for an estimated delivery cost.

How accurate is my quotation?

The quotation is based on options selected while using the site, but can potentially be false based on information not provided, misunderstood or extra charges incremented. The cost of an order will generally be: the cost of the products plus any extra option costs, plus any printing/embroidery costs and setup fees, plus VAT where applicable plus delivery costs. There may however be options you didn't want or costs you were not aware of, so quotations can be amended.

How can I find the best priced products?

On some product listing pages a menu at the top allows products to be sorted by price, look out also for badges listing the best value or most popular products. Find the price of any product by clicking on it.

How do I adjust existing orders?

By logging into the website users can access all orders that are not finalised; from there you can adjust quantities and add more products to your basket.

How do I contact you with comments/feedback?

You can mail us directly either to info@tesportswear.co.uk or to the individual staff who completed your order. We also have an order review section to help us gain insight for future improvement.

How do I request a sample?

To request a sample for a particular product, follow the link from that product's page or send us an enquiry for colours or fabric swatches.

Generally a week is quoted on top of regular manufacture time; however this can vary depending on quantity and difficulty of prints.

How much does it cost to have samples?

Samples are free for products, colour or fabric swatches. Customers then can keep the item by purchasing it if needed. We only ask that customers pay the postage cost to return the garments.

I can't find my sport listed, do you not provide for it?

Our bespoke manufacture means we are able to create an unlimited number of products for almost any sport. If you cannot find your sport or product listed, please contact us with some photographs or a description and we may be able to make the product you desire.

I want to add printing, will there be extra costs?

Printing will generally have additional costs based on size and quantity but some products include free printing or free print setup fees. See the printing FAQs for more info.

Need bespoke sizes?

Samples are available for a particular size, however for a custom size with alterations a bespoke sample must be created. Place an enquiry to find out availability and costs involved.

What are minimum quantities?

Custom products occasionally have minimum order quantities for manufacture and will show up if you try to order below that quantity.

What are payment options?

Payment online can be done either via HSBC secure payment or paypal, phone credit card payments are also available. Other payment methods such as purchase order, BACS and cheque are also available.

What are setup fees?

Preparing artwork the first time for print or embroidery takes time and requires a one-off setup fee. For repeat orders or top ups where the artwork is on file there is no setup fee.

What are the costs?

Costs vary depending on size, complexity and quantity. A full quotation can be given on request, automatic quotations may not factor in a logo redraw or setup fee.

What format artwork do I need to supply?

A vector file such as .eps or .ai would be ideal as they can be scaled without losing quality. If this is not available the largest resolution file possible in .pdf, .jpg or .tiff formats are best. If quality is too poor the logo may be redrawn.

Enquiries can be placed over the phone or via our website. It is recommended that samples are requested for new items before placing an order. Once quantities and sizes are agreed an order is put into process and despatched within the delivery time quoted.

What's the best way to find a product?

Use the extensive menu at the top of every page by hovering over the sport you want, or hover bespoke for custom clothing. From this menu it is easy to find product categories relating to your requirements. If you are unable to use the hover menu, simply click a sport at the top and browse the product options from the individual sports menu.

What's the key difference between custom and stock?

Mainly options and delivery. Creating tailor made products ensures your exact colours but will take longer. Stock products are easier to source but with limited choices.

Why are prices 'from' rather than exact total?

Due to the large number of custom options, there are various add-on costs and discounts that mean prices vary. Prices are provided as a guide, for an exact cost request an order quotation.

Why are products separated into adult and junior?

Junior clothing is not eligible for VAT pricing and so is listed at a different overall price. To make sure children's sizes are cheaper they must be listed as a different product. To find the adult or junior version of a product look for links on the description of that product.

Why do I need to create an account?

A login account keeps track of delivery address and contact email for your order, but also makes it easier to use the website in future and place orders.

Why must I get a price quotation?

A quotation isn't necessary but is strongly advised. Due to the bespoke options on our products prices can vary depending on your choices, therefore it is difficult to give straightforward prices for orders. Requesting a quotation is fast and allows customers to review the costs to ensure they get the best deal possible.
